FOR SELLERS:

STEP 1: Search for people who want the goods/services you have to offer
STEP 2: Offer your best price for the item wanted by the potential buyer
STEP 3: If your offer is accepted, deliver the item to the buyer and receive payment for it.

FEES:

There are no fees for the first year of use. Thereafter, users are asked to pay a small yearly subscription.

Note:

Buyers will decide to buy not only based on price, but also based on delivery time, location of item, seller's descripton of item, feedback rating of seller, etc.
